| G: | Looks like you have a lot of friends here, Coleen. I can't believe you spend so much on these things. |
| C: | Actually George, I didn't pay a penny. I got them through the points reward system. You collect stickers and put them on this points card. |
| G: | Ah, I've seen those. When you have a full card you can exchange it for franchise products, right? But are these things all you can get? |
| C: | Oh, no. There are lots of goodies: key rings, stationery, magnets. It changes every couple of months. Right now, it's these little fellas. |
| G: | Well, I'm not interested in any of that junk. Can't I get any regular store items, like food and drinks? |

| 喬治： | 來妳這兒有很多朋友呢，蔻琳。我不敢相信妳花那麼多錢在這些玩意上。 |
| 蔻琳： | 事實上呢，喬治，我一毛錢都沒付喔。我是透過集點回饋制度拿到這些公仔的。你蒐集貼紙然後把它們貼在這張集點卡上。 |
| 喬治： | 啊，我有看過這些東西。集滿整張卡時妳可以換授權產品對吧？可是妳就只能換這些嗎？ |
| 蔻琳： | 喔，不是的。有很多好康的：鑰匙圈、文具、磁鐵。每幾個月就會更換活動。現在就是這些小傢伙囉。 |
| 喬治： | 我對於任何這類無實際用處的東西沒啥興趣。我就不能換些像是食品和飲料的一般商品嗎？ |
