| B: | It’s about time they sorted the hardware out in this office. My monitor is constantly on the fritz, and the CPU is giving up the ghost. |
| A: | Yeah, I think mine is on the way out, too. It’s a real dinosaur. And this mouse . . . I can barely click on anything anymore. |

| B: | Let me refresh my browser and check. Nope, everything looks A-OK. Wait a minute. Aren’t you on the wireless with your laptop there? |
| A: | Yeah, but the wi-fi light is on, so it doesn’t look like there’s any connectivity issue. |

Hmm, that’s odd. |
| A: | When I try to open my browser, it keeps giving me a 404 Not Found message. I hope I don’t have a virus. |
