談判協商怎麼用英文展現誠意,今天來談怎麼抓住3個關鍵心態,練習英文談判。
先重複把這3個關鍵心態唸到熟,正確心態會創造更多有效的句子。你會發現談判技巧好了,溝通技巧也一起好了。
1. 重點在you不是I:
(X) We think/ we feel/ we suggest.... 不要用自我中心的字眼,開放放性問題才是為對方著想。
(O) What do you think you can manage? (你覺得你們可以怎麼處理?)
(O) Could you tell me what sort of figure you are thinking of? (你心中的數字是多少呢?)
2. 關鍵是長期,不是眼前:
(X) It's unacceptable. 短期來看也許在協商價格或時間,但建立長期關係才是省去不斷協商的好方法。
(O) I am sure each of us can compromise a little for long-term cooperation. How about…(為了長期合作,我們雙方各妥協一些,不如…)
真的不能讓步也要有禮的陳述立場
(O) I’m afraid that’s as far as we could go. Perhaps we can consider it next time…(恐怕我們只能做到這樣,也許下次我們可以再考慮…)
3. 找到至少雙方都可以接受的結果:
(X) Take it or leave it. Achieve a result which both sides can benefit from, or at least live with. 達成雙方都獲利,或至少雙方都可以接受的結果。
你可以提出折衷方式:
(O) May I suggest we sign a 3-months contract on a 5 percent discount? We can see if we can reduce the price further afterwards. (我建議我們先簽3個月,降5%的合約,之後再決定是否還能再把價格降低。)
(O) It’s a tough call, but let’s shake on that (這是個困難的決定,但是我們可以握手成交了。
(O) Let’s draw up the details of the memo/first contract. (我們來起草備忘錄/第一份合約的內容吧)
