台股證所稅

美國財政懸崖危機可望解除, 帶動歐美股市, 台股也受到激勵, 加上政府政策面積極做多, 讓今天的台股開高走高, 收盤上漲76點，收在7580點, 指數創下1個半月來新高，成交量也放爆量到1227億元。

台股一路向上攻，外資買盤湧入，指數終場上漲76點，收在7580，創下一個半月來新高。成交量1227億元，創下9月14號以來最大量。

回顧這個月22號後，政府開始進場護盤，加上國際股市也瀰漫著利多氣氛，讓指數一路飆高，短短七天，就大漲超過500點,光是外資五天就買了387億。

而預定明年一月上路的證所稅,民進黨立院黨團, 提案緩徵，最後不敵國民黨, 以43票贊成，52票反對，遭到封殺。

Gains overnight on Wall Street helped push the Taiwan Stock Exchange up to its highest level since mid-October. The index rose over 1 percent, also buoyed by foreign capital and government support. 

Taiwan stocks saw upside today as foreign investors rushed in, sending the index to 7,580, it’s highest close in a month and a half. Also, turnover of NT$123 billion was the strongest since Sept. 14.

On Nov. 22 the government stabilization fund entered the market, and later international stock markets were buoyed with bullish optimism that sent the index higher. In the space of just seven days, the index rose more than 500 points, with foreign investors purchasing shares worth over NT$38 billion.

This week it continued to rise due to the capital gains tax. It rose so much and so fast that some are worried if it can continue to last.

A capital gains tax will likely be implemented on Jan. 1. The DPP legislative caucus put forward a proposal to delay it, but the KMT blocked the proposal.
