辜仲諒十億

遭到限制出境的中信金控副董事長辜仲諒，用創下台灣司法史上最高保證金紀錄的10億元，換取22天的自由。

辜仲諒因為涉嫌透過子公司「紅火」間接操縱兆豐金股價，遭到限制出境。這次因為父親辜濂松在美病重聲請解除限制出境，高等法院考量他之前三次申請出境赴日探望兒子，都乖乖回台，所以裁准出境

A former vice chairman of Chinatrust Financial Holding Co. has set a record for bond money paid. Jeffery Koo Jr. handed over NT$1 billion to be allowed to travel outside Taiwan for 22 days. 

He will visit his ailing father in the United States. Koo faces travel restrictions as he appeals an earlier conviction for illegal stock trades dating back to 2004. Recently he has made headlines for being part of a conglomerate that is attempting to acquire Next Media.
