張英姬起訴

經過四個月的調查，高雄地檢署今天依貪污等罪嫌起訴嘉義縣長張花冠和胞妹張瑛姬等共21人，未具體求刑。

檢調認為張花冠姐妹和相關人員，在包括環保局垃圾車及資源回收車採購案等三大案中的20幾個標案，將機密資料事先洩漏給廠商，讓特定廠商，順利得標。相關人員因此從中收取了700多萬的賄款。

After a four-month corruption investigation, Kaohsiung prosecutors indicted Chiayi County Commissioner Helen Chang. Her sister Chang Ying-chi 張瑛姬and 19 others also face charges. 

Prosecutors suspect the county commissioner and others revealed secret information to select companies in more than 20 tenders. After the companies won the bids, they apparently paid out over NT$7 million in bribe money.
