從2009年開始政府推出年金月領制度，到現在為止，每個月勞保局要支出37億的勞保年金。而為了讓失業的年輕人也來繳費，勞保局也花錢拍微電影，並在今天舉辦宣導記者會，鼓吹國民年金的好處。
網路上爆紅的喬喬，現在拍起了微電影，就是為了鼓吹國民年金的好處，要大家不要忘記加保。
把腦筋動到微電影上，是勞保局為了吸引年輕人加入國民年金想出來的步數。因為勞保局從2009年開始推出年金月領制度，取代原來一次領的方式，不過面臨高齡化社會，勞保局快要無法負荷。

為了補財務缺口，勞保局宣布，未來上班族的勞保費，每兩年增加0.5%，將逐年提升到13%，以確保未來的年金支出，不會跳票。
An aging society means trouble is already on the horizon for the three-year-old national pension system along with the older labor insurance system. To fix the problem, the Bureau of Labor Insurance is trying to increase the contribution base by encouraging more young adults to join.
This young girl is putting her recent fame to good use. She has shot a short film meant to endorse the national pension system. She calls on everyone to join.
The film was produced by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. Its purpose is to encourage more young adults to sign up for national pension to fix ailing finances. Trouble began brewing in 2009 when the Bureau of Labor Insurance launched the monthly pension system to replace an older mechanism where retirees took their pension in one lump sum. It is being exacerbated by an aging society.

The labor insurance system is probably paying pensions to more than 257,000 seniors a month. Monthly expenditures are likely close to NT$3.7 billion. It’s a huge amount. In the future more people will take payment, which will only make the financial burden on labor insurance greater.
To make up the shortfall, the bureau will increase monthly labor insurance contributions by 0.5 percentage points every two years, until contributions reach 13 percent.
