The final day of the major league regular season is tomorrow. The Orioles continue to battle the Yankees for the top position in the AL East. 

The Yankees won an extra inning battle against the Red Sox today by a score of 4 to 3. The Orioles faced a similar test of wills, overcoming 15 strikeouts by Rays starter James Shields, ultimately winning 1 - 0. The Yankees can clinch with a victory, but if they lose and the Orioles win, both sides must add another game to decide between division winner and wild card.
