李宗瑞起訴
〝李宗瑞〞涉嫌迷姦、偷拍性愛光碟案，檢方經過兩個多月來的偵辦，認為李宗瑞罪行重大，卻一再否認犯行，上午，依照〝妨害性自主罪嫌〞，將他起訴，並求處30年重刑，至於，李宗瑞的父母親李岳蒼和史錦秀，以及毒品通緝犯Joyce賴慕禎，涉嫌藏匿的部分，獲得不起訴。
李宗瑞涉嫌性侵偷拍多名女子，檢察官認定他毫無悔意，起訴時求處重刑。

台北地檢署調查，李宗瑞將安眠藥下在酒裡，迷昏女子帶回家性侵偷拍，觸犯強制性交、妨害秘密等罪名，幾乎每項都是數十年之久的刑度，才會向法院具體求刑30年，檢察官並在起訴書中，痛斥李宗瑞價道德淪喪。

目前已知姓名的被害女子18人，其中17人提告。李宗瑞的父親李岳蒼、母親史錦秀都因罪證不足皆不起訴。李宗瑞的女友賴慕禎也沒事，反而因為毒品通緝犯身分，已入獄服刑。而掩護李宗瑞逃亡遭到起訴的只有彰化友人陳美蘭，起訴移審。
Prosecutors are asking for a sentence of 30 years for a wealthy socialite accused of sexually assaulting more than a dozen women. They say Justin Lee gained the trust of the women only to drug them then rape them on camera. In the indictment prosecutors call Lee a depraved individual.
Justin Lee is suspected of sexually assaulting a number of women and recording the alleged crimes. Prosecutors feel he has shown no remorse and want a stiff sentence.

Prosecutors asked the court to combine the sentences. The maximum fixed term sentence we could seek by law was 30 years.
Lee allegedly put sleeping pills in women’s drinks, and when they passed out, took them home and sexually assaulted them, taping everything. He has been charged with rape and offenses against privacy. Most of these crimes carry long sentences, and prosecutors are asking for 30 years in total. In their indictment, the prosecutors called him a depraved individual.

These female victims trusted him. He exploited that trust, took them home, sexually assaulted them, and even taped the evidence. It was plunder for him. His motives were appalling.
The names of 18 alleged victims are known, and 17 have pressed charges. There was not enough evidence to charge Lee’s father, Lee Yueh-tsang, or his mother, Shih Chin-hsiu, with a crime. Justin Lee’s girlfriend, Joyce Lai, also will not face charges, but she is in jail on drug offenses. Lin’s friend Chen Mei-lan will face charges in Changhua for allegedly abetting a fugitive.
