美國總統大選今天將決定是歐巴馬再做四年，還是共和黨羅姆尼入主白宮。選前最新民調結果顯示，競選連任的民主黨總統歐巴馬和共和黨對手羅姆尼旗鼓相當。

美國大陸從東到西涵蓋4個時區。東部各州最早在當地時間清晨6時（台北時間晚間7時）開始投票，包括維吉尼亞、新罕布什爾、紐約、新澤西和康乃狄克等州。投票期間各洲不同，大部份維持12小時左右。

US voters are currently going to the polls to decide a tight race between incumbent President Barack Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney. Many analysts say the race is neck and neck, though Obama seems to hold the upper hand in a number of key battleground states. 

Voting opened in East Coast states as early as 6 am. Most polling stations are open 12 hours, but with four time zones on the continental US alone, results are not expected until tomorrow morning, Taiwan time.
