林益世開庭

林益世貪污案, 台北地院首次開庭審理。

整個準備庭開了2個半小時，過程中他和太太彭愛佳、母親沈若蘭以及兩位舅舅，都不認罪。法官認為，林益世可能還涉及勒索及恐嚇取財等罪嫌， 12月19號上午將再度開庭。

Today the Taipei District Court held its first day of proceedings for the corruption case involving former cabinet Secretary-General. 

Lin, his wife, mother and two other family members continued to maintain their innocence. Prosecutors are accusing the former Ma Ying-jeou protege of blackmail and coercion to obtain bribes. The court will meet again on December 19.
