年金改革方案明天才要公佈，不過現在傳出勞保費率要連續23年，每年逐步調漲，到民國125年費率會達到19.5%。
The Ma administration’s pension reform plan will be formally announced tomorrow. Some speculate major changes in store for labor insurance premiums, which could rise gradually over the next two decades or so before capping out at 19.5 percent.

這樣的改革引來勞團痛批，勞工未來將會繳多領少，讓勞工「工作難、退休更難」，揚言要再上街頭抗爭。
Reform will undoubtedly lead to protests from workers who face the bleak prospects of paying more and receiving less. Many have resorted to saying that “work is hard, but retiring is even harder.”
