Most school songs in South Korea still have lyrics more suited to the 1970s, but some are moving recently to reflect student’s changing tastes by incorporating rapping and English lyrics and focusing on new values such as diversity. An active culture of students themselves arranging and recording their school songs or composing class songs is also taking shape.
南韓許多校歌歌詞仍較像1970年代的風格，但近來有些校歌正著手反映學子轉變中的品味，納入饒舌和英文歌詞，並注重如多元性等新價值。一種由學生自行改編、錄製其校歌或譜班歌的文化，正在成形中。

A longer yawn may correlate to a bigger brain size, according to a new study. Researchers from the State University of New York in the US looked at the videos of 29 mammals yawning to calculate the average length of their yawns. The animals had their brain weight already documented in an earlier research.

A large floating patch of garbage was seen floating in the Pacific Ocean during a new aerial survey. This floating pile of debris was located between Hawaii and California where scientists call the "Great Pacific Garbage Patch" consisting of plastic waste and microplastics that are also being consumed by marine animals.
