發明多用鍋

來自花蓮的27歲青年溫家珩，因為小時候家裡的壓力鍋曾經發生爆炸，決定重新設計改良。

把洩壓閥分成三段式，讓湯料不會阻塞洩壓孔而發生危險，同時也改良鍋蓋，在煲湯的同時也能在鍋蓋上煎煮食物，或是涮煮。對許多家庭主婦來說，省時省力又省錢，這項發明

27-year-old Wen Jya-heng of Hualien committed himself to improving the design of pressure cookers after one exploded in his house during his childhood. 

Wen created a new three-part pressure relief valve that prevents clogging by liquid or other ingredients. He also redesigned the lid to allow one to cook a hot pot or other foods while operating the pressure cooker. His invention also won a gold medal at the Seoul International Invention Fair.
