台北市路平專案，每年編列20億，道路品質卻老被詬病。

市議員指出，從九十八年統計以來，以內湖民權東路六段，坑洞數165處居台北第二，肇事率卻是台北市之冠。

Taipei annually budgets NT$2 billion to improve local roads, though many people claim it may not be enough. 

Taipei City councilors collected data from 2010, finding that Neihu’s Minquan East Road Section 6 had 165 pot holes, ranking it second worst in the city. And the accident rate on this section of road is the highest in Taipei.
