Drinking cocoa every day may help older people keep their brains healthy, research suggests. A study of 60 elderly people with no dementia found two cups of cocoa a day improved blood flow to the brain.
研究顯示,每天喝可可或能協助較年長者保持大腦健康。針對60名未失智症老人所做的研究發現,每天喝2杯可可能改善通往大腦的血流。
Those participants whose blood flow improved also did better on memory tests at the end of the study, the journal Neurology reported.

Russian court jails 6 more Greenpeace activists 俄國法院再監禁6名綠色和平行動份子
A court in the northern Russian city of Murmansk on Sunday sent six more Greenpeace activists to jail for two months and showed no sign that the remaining two activists would be treated any differently for a protest at a drilling platform in Arctic waters.

Twenty other activists and two journalists were ordered jailed for two months during a marathon court session on Thursday. No charges have been brought against any of the activists, who are citizens of 18 countries, including Russia.

A balloonist who tried to cross the Atlantic Ocean using hundreds of helium-filled balloons is heading home after landing in Newfoundland, far short of his goal.

Trappe landed safely in a rugged area near York Harbour after reporting that he was having trouble controlling his balloons Thursday evening, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
