There can’t be any doubts now of phone game Pokémon Go’s world domination — even the police are fond of "capturing."

手機遊戲「精靈寶可夢Go」毫無疑問已風靡全球，甚至連警察都樂於「抓捕」。

A police station in Virginia writes on its Facebook page that the rarest Pokemon of all has been spotted in their processing room：Ditto! However, it is so rare that only a limited number of people are eligible for this opportunity. "Random citizens" are picked by computer to come to the Police Department for the capture.

維吉尼亞州的一所警察局在其「臉書」專頁上表示，他們在作業室內發現最稀有的寶可夢寵物「百變怪」。不過，因為很罕見，只有少數人可以擁有這個機會。警方用電腦選出「非特定人士」，邀請這些人到警局來抓捕。

As a matter of fact, no one has actually caught Ditto in the game yet. This is only a trick the police adopted in the hope to arrest the criminals, namely the "random citizens," having been targeted for a long time.

事實上，目前還沒有人抓到百變怪。這只是警方施展的小伎倆，目的是逮捕這些被鎖定已久的罪犯，也就是上述的「非特定人士」。

The administrator of the Police Department told The Virginian Pilot he decided to take this "capture" action out of "a sense of humor." He added he wasn’t expecting anyone to actually turn up.

警察局長向「維吉尼亞領航報」透露，他是出於「幽默感」才決定採取這項「抓捕」行動。他又說，完全沒料到真的會有人現身。

Most surprising of all, this isn’t even the first time this has happened since Pokémon Go was released.
