Hungarian Norman Varga has begun a quest to run the length of 50 marathons in 50 days and arrive in London in time for the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games.
匈牙利人諾曼．瓦嘉已展開50天跑50場馬拉松路程，並及時抵達倫敦參加奧運開幕典禮的任務。
Varga is a 25-year-old former cage fighter who is not new to pain and suffering. At 16, he nearly lost his arm when he was pushed under a tram.
瓦嘉是25歲的前獸籠格鬥士，他對疼痛與痛苦並不陌生。16歲時，他被推入電車下，幾乎喪失手臂。
He will cover 1,240 miles from Budapest to London to draw attention to the importance of supporting young people.

Varga runs a foundation in his native Budapest district of Csepel dedicated to helping youth develop a healthy lifestyle and support their goals in education, science and art.

Varga’s journey began on June 2. It will take him to Slovakia, Austria, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands before reaching London on July 27.（AP）
