壹傳媒交易

壹傳媒交易案，今日正式簽署買賣協議。新的買家共三方代表，今天下午在澳門完成簽約作業。

而壹傳媒旗下的四大工會，也發出聯合聲明，呼籲新老闆，立即簽署團體協約，保障新聞自主與員工福利。

The sale of Next Media is complete and now in the hands of Taiwan regulators who will approve or scrap the deal. Representatives of the three buyers were in Macau today to sign the contract. 

Meanwhile the four unions under Next Media released a joint statement. They urged the new owners to immediately sign a declaration promising to uphold freedom of the press and guaranteeing employee benefits.
