Following the Cincinnati Reds who recently clinched the NL Central division title, the San Francisco Giants also clinched the NL West today.

The Giants battled the San Diego Padres today. A strong outing by Giants starting pitcher, Madison Bumgarner, ultimately led to an 8 to 4 victory for the Giants, becoming the second team this year to clinch their division.
