低頭族要罰

最快從10月起，開車騎車用手機或平板電腦，將會開罰。

汽車3千、機車1千，而且不分行進中或等紅燈都要罰。不過警方坦言，實際取締，對汽車蒐證比較難，就算用錄影方式開單，也容易出現模糊地帶。

Motorists who use cell phones or tablet computers while operating their vehicle will be subject to fines as early as next month. 

Regardless if one is operating a vehicle or stopped at a red light, the fine will be NT$3,000 for a car and NT$1,000 for a scooter or motorcycle. But police admit that catching distracted car drivers may be difficult because film will often be used to collect evidence. Capturing video of car drivers can prove difficult.
