Also, Mubarak and his sons were acquitted on corruption charges, with the judge citing a 10-year statute of limitations that had lapsed. The policemen charged with killing protesters have either been acquitted or received light sentences, provoking a new wave of anger on Egypt’s streets.
另外,穆巴拉克及2個兒子原被控貪汙,因為已過十年追訴時效,罪名撤銷。被控共謀殺害示威群眾的警察不是無罪開釋就是被判輕刑,引發另一波埃及民眾的不滿。
