Singapore boutiques come to Taiwan to hire sales staff (2012/11/06)

新加坡精品代理商來台灣招募櫃哥和櫃姐，就算沒工作經驗，每月底薪加獎金至少4萬3200元起跳，吸引社會新鮮人來爭取工作。而不只精品業、博弈產業、高科技產業、甚至飲料業全都被新加坡吸引，現在至少有六萬名台灣人在新加坡打工。

新加坡最近幾年各產業發展快速起飛，如今看中台灣服務業人才，大舉招募。

過了履歷這關，還得要有基本的英語會話能力。新加坡精品代理商網羅服務業人才，祭出優厚薪水。沒經驗的底薪新台幣3萬1200元，有一年精品銷售經驗，再加碼到3萬3600元，外加還有提撥的銷售獎金。

面對新加坡薪水高、福利高的誘因，台灣的薪水若沒有提升，人才往外跑的趨勢，恐怕只會有增無減。

A Singapore boutique is recruiting staff in Taiwan. It’s offering wages of up to NT$40,000 a month, even for employees with no experience. Staff hired will join the 60,000 or so Taiwanese workers already in Singapore. 

In recent years Singapore has seen various industries quickly develop, leading to greater demand for both Chinese and Taiwanese service staff.

Our employers have gone to Taipei 101 to go shopping and found that the Taiwanese staff have an excellent attitude toward service and are quite good and patient. 

Candidates also need to have basic conversational skills in English. Many of these Singapore boutique agents are offering a generous salary. Those with no experience can receive a basic monthly salary of NT$31,200, and those with one year of boutique sales experience can earn NT$33,600. There is also the opportunity for commissions and bonuses.

About 60 percent of people who have worked overseas say that foreign salaries are 62 percent more than domestic salaries.

While Singapore may be offering higher salaries and benefits, salaries in Taiwan have not improved. Taiwan will face growing challenges if its talented workforce heads overseas.
