Trader accused of costing pension funds big money is out on bail

前安泰投信副總謝青良，涉嫌代操政府基金炒股，坑殺金額高達1.44億！昨天台北地檢署對謝青良展開約談，雖然法院裁定他200萬交保，限制出境，但立委蔡其昌認為，竟然讓背信重罪的嫌犯交保，實在不可思議。

日前，前安泰投信副總謝青良，被指控涉嫌代操勞保和勞退基金，坑殺政府基金高達1.4億，移送北檢時始終低著頭，不發一語。

被約談的還有他的前妻劉明佳，兩人漏夜偵訊，劉明佳訊後請回，而謝青良則是資金來源交代不清，涉嫌背信、洗錢等罪，法官裁定兩百萬交保，限制出境。

檢方再查出，謝青良購買2億元的信義區豪宅"勤美樸真，卻沒用任何貸款，此外代操炒股事件爆發後，謝青良也匯錢到香港帳戶，檢方認定有脫產動作，不過謝青良全盤否認。

900萬勞工退休金帳戶短短3週大失血，雖然財政單位亡羊補牢，要求安泰投信全額賠償，但竟然有代操人員可以從中上下其手，實在讓人難以相信。

Also questioned late into the night was Hsieh’s former wife, Liu Ming-chia. She was allowed to leave. Hsieh meanwhile is suspected of a number of crimes: being unable to account for the source of large amounts of wealth, betrayal of trust and money laundering. He was given NT$2 million bail and is not allowed to leave the country.

Prosecutors say that Hsieh bought a NT$200 million property in Xinyi District without taking out any loan. After the allegations of fraudulent trades emerged, prosecutors say he remitted large sums of cash to Hong Kong. But Hsieh insists he wasn’t trying to dispose of assets.

He disposed of assets and he easily got NT$2 million bail. Lin Yi-shih shouldn’t accept this. Lin made off with just tens of millions but had to pay an enormous amount in bail. Hsieh Cing-liang lost so much money but had to pay only NT$2 million in bail.

Hsieh’s trades reduced the value of 9 million pension accounts. The government has convinced ING Funds to pay compensation, but that has done little to calm fears of those who entrust the government with their retirement funds.
